Talent Development Academy for International Organizations (TDAIO) is an international organization established in Paris, France. The Institute was founded by a group of like-minded global talent development experts, educators and international affairs professionals to cultivate a new generation of international leaders and innovators to address the challenges facing the world today. The establishment of the Society stems from concerns about growing global issues such as climate change, international conflicts and global health risks, as well as the urgent need to cultivate talents who can work across cultures and borders to find solutions.
The TDAIO office is located in Paris. Our academic campus is beautiful and vibrant. It is at the intersection of history and modernity, providing a world-class platform for knowledge, practice and cultural exchange. Such an excellent location also allows us to provide students with direct access to the core of multiculturalism and international politics, providing a unique environment for their learning.
We offer students a comprehensive and rich program covering a wide range of topics from international relations to sustainable development, from public policy to innovation management. Our projects focus closely on current international hot topics, allowing students to learn from actual cases and apply theoretical knowledge to complex situations in the real world.

The International Institute for Talent Development in Organizations is led by a president and consists of multiple departments, including education and training, research and development, practical projects, student affairs, and administration. Collaborative work among various departments ensures the efficient operation of society activities and projects.
